We cater to 3 meal options i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. You can specify the meals you want to be delivered while opting for a subscription.
Our default subscription plans are:

• Trial (3 days): This is suitable for someone wanting to try our meals.
• Power Up 20 (20 days): This is suitable for working professionals who are mindful about eating healthy on the weekdays (Mon-Fri) and cheat only on weekends.
• Balanced 30 (30 days): This is the best value option overall. It's recommended for health-conscious individuals who don't want to compromise on health and taste.
• Custom: You can subscribe to this plan if you have a different number of meals requirement than the standard options.

Our standard meals are based on most people's average macro and calorie requirements i.e. 1500-2000Cal with 70-100gms protein/day in veg and non-veg options. We also provide customization of quantity if you know your macro details. However, we cater to the customisation of menu items on a case-to-case basis with additional charges as applicable.

Our menu mainly consists of food tailored to the Indian diet and is made keeping seasonal fruits and vegetables in mind. The menu items are not repeated for 2 weeks. You can find a sample menu here.

Both veg and non-veg food are prepared separately using different vessels and utensils.

We take a number of measures to ensure the food quality. Such as:

• Locally Sourced: We source from local farmers instead of warehouses to get the fresh produce. These are additive free and doesn't need refridgeration.
• Thoroughly Washed: Just as an extra precautionary measure, the vegetables are washed with necessary reagents to get rid of any heavy metals or food colors (never encountered so far).
• Highly Skilled Staff: Our cooking staff are trained to maintain a very high level kitchen and cooking hygiene.
• Delivered Hot: The cooked food is delivered with in 2 hours to ensure you get the maximum nutrients without having to reheat.
• Eco-friendly Packaging: We use eco-friendly packaging and avoid plastics as much as possible to deliver your food.
